All our packages are shipped with "Track & Trace" which allows you to track your order online.

1. We strive to deliver your order on time, the customer and / or recipients are responsible for providing the complete and correct delivery address during the purchase.
2. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us by phone or email. Do this within seven days of receiving your order, preferably with a picture of the package and its contents. Please do not return products without prior consent.
Only when the products have been safely received and inspected by us, a refund will be made. Original shipping costs and import duties will not be refunded. The same applies to other costs for returning and insuring products, unless otherwise agreed.
Missing package
All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transport. If your parcel has gone missing, we will first start an investigation at the postal company. This may take some time. If it is clear what went wrong with the package, we will send the order again or you will get your money back. This only applies to theft and damage.
